Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Office of the CTO. In this critical role, you will coordinate internal projects with a focus on optimizing workload distribution, scheduling, monitoring backlogs, planning sprints, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources for various tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, an understanding of software development and infrastructure deployment, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


  • Project Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Workload Distribution: Efficiently distribute workload among development teams, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Backlog Management: Oversee and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring that sprints are scheduled, well-organized, and focused on delivering value to the business.
  • Project Prioritization: Work with senior management and stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business needs, resource availability, and strategic importance.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively for bug fixing and technical debt resolution, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, operations, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to the software development process, enhancing efficiency and productivity.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development or project coordination role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and software development tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
